Since we started the construction of station 2008 has been a very tough year, but also we achieved a lot of satisfactions, probably more then expected!Year 2008 has been marked by few important situations that allows us to follow our jobs as programmed. Main moment has been
arrival of container with inside a good part of material we need to follow developments. This happened in early February '08. In March we started towers installation and few monobanders on site while people was working at home preparing management hardware.A real step forward has been taken on August '08 where installation of low bands beams has taken place having so a 70% of antennas installed and ready to go.Eleven contests we joined all along the full year using all modes of emission SSB,CW and RTTY. Including some 6M activity we logged 51999 QSO's and this give our qsl manager very hard time! (TNX for sending us your QSL cards).The result of all this activity bring us to have a very good time:February 2008: CQWW WPX RTTY final result 4th WORLD SOAB HP ARRL DX CW final result 2nd WORLD SO15 HP CQWW160 SSB final result 2nd WORLD SO LP May 2008:CQWW WPX CW claimed result 1st WORLD SOAB HP July 2008:IARU final result 1st WORLD SOAB LP (New All Time Score) August 2008:WAEDC CW final result 2nd WORLD MS SARTG WW RTTY final result 1st WORLD SOAB LP October 2008:CQWW DX SSB claimed result 1st WORLD MS November 2008:CQWW DX CW claimed score 1st WORLD M2 (Claimed All Time Score) At end of year we uploaded on LoTW (logbook of the world) all qso done up to October 2008 and shorlty also CQWW CW log will be available.The team wish to thanks all our sponsors/supporters, our families that allow us to take the needed time from our real life to make all this real and, of course, all of you whom called us during contests.A prosperous 2009 contest fall to all!
